Is really free?

Yes, the site is free for nurses and always will be. We charge employers for accessing resumes.

Employers: You get access to complete details of every resume on the site for a low price of $99.95 a month. We don’t restrict how many nurses you can access or how much information you get about them as some other more expensive sites do. For a $30 upgrade charge, your job posting will move to the top of the page, increasing the visibility of your ad. Because few employers choose to upgrade, you’ll really stand out on the site when you do. Click Here to register as an employer.

Nurses: The site will always be free for you. There are no fees and no strings, so there’s no reason not to join the site, post your resume and start benefiting from the growing community of employers who use the site to find the nurses they need. Why not get started now? Click Here to register as an employee.

How does the company make money?

We’re a new company, and we’re focused on creating the best possible experience for both nurses and employers. That’s why this is a great time to get involved with the site.

We accept advertising on the site as well. We’ll never charge nurses to use our service.

What is your site’s success rate?

We’re a new company, so we don’t have a wealth of statistics to prove how beneficial we can be to your business or your career. We offer something no other site in the industry offers, however: educational materials and other perks for those who take the time to join.

We already list a lot of nurses and have a growing community of employers on board, so what do you have to lose by joining now?

How long do resumes stay up on

Resumes stay on the site forever — or until you take yours down after finding the position of your dreams. We’re happy to see nurses taking down resumes every day. That means they’ve found their ideal positions and don’t need us anymore — but our resources and community are always here for them (and for you).

Remember to come back and remove your resume posting when you get that perfect position so we can be sure we’re always offering nursing employers an accurate, up-to-date listing of who is available to work in their area.

Who are the people behind the site?

In 2012, we launched to offer nurses a better way to get noticed — plus an array of free resources and a community that cares about them.

More important than our experience in the health care field and in website creation is our experience in customer satisfaction. Our client support staff have years of experience smoothing the road at their previous companies, and now they bring their talents to Because satisfying our clients is a top priority, we’re pleased to boast about providing both nurses and employers a higher quality website-based experience than they will find anywhere else.
